Rovinari

In November, Pro Animals representatives met the mayor from Rovinari, proposing him to implement the "Neuter and Return" programme.
The mayor was very receptive and agreed to sign the contract as he understood that this is the only humane way to solve the stray dogs ' problem on long term. We will soon meet him again to close the contract and we hope to start the programme the next year, as soon as possible.



2005
On 12th of April, our association in cooperation the " Fundatia pentru Protectia Cainilor Comunitari" - which has the obligation to come once or twice/ year with the mobile clinic -signed with the City Hall the "Neuter and Return " contract.
